This procedural standard establishes a uniform and systematic set of criteria for the performance of the Retro-Commissioning (RCx-EB) process when applied to existing buildings mechanical, electrical and building envelop systems.
These standards and procedures are the minimum NEBB requirements a NEBB Certified TCx-EB Firm shall follow when performing the Retro Commissioning. Contract documents requirements or contractual agreements between the Owner and the NEBB Certified RCx-EB Firm may supersede the NEBB requirements.
This manual is divided into three parts: Standards, Process, and Procedures. The NEBB retro-commissioning process matrix is included in the Appendices.
