AT-78-06-3 -- A Note on Response Factors and Conduction Transfer Functions

The conduction of heat through materials of construction under dynamic temperature changescan be treated by the response-factor method, which is an analytical formulation based ondetermining heat flux quantities for a known temperature history. This paper provides formulas and suggestions for computing the response factor.
