AT-78-03-2 (RP-70) -- Laboratory Fume Hoods: Part 2--Influence of Room Air Supply

Air supply fixtures, such as wall grilles or registers, ceiling diffusers or perforatedceiling panels affect the performance of laboratory fume hoods. Using amodification of a previously described performance test (1), the effect of varioussupply fixtures on laboratory fume hood performance was examined.
