PH-79-07-3 -- Fuel Utilization in Residences-Apartment Statistical Analysis

An objective of this study is to find out what kind of statistical inferences can be made from the electrical and gas billing data of the apartments sampled, in order to draw conclusions in an effort to answer the previously mentioned questions.
