Legal Issues: Legal Exposure In Design/Build Contracts

Design/build is just one of several construction project delivery methods. It is the oldest method dating back to the Pharaohs master builders whose works have survived the test of time. However, the landscape of construction agreements has changed considerably as construction projects have become more complex and the development of building systems designed by members of our Society are called to perform at ever increasing levels.
