ANSI/AMCA 301-06

This standard establishes standard methods for calculating consistent fan sound ratings from laboratory test data.

This revision removes catalog statement requirements previously found in AMCA 301-90. Those statements can now be found in AMCA 311-05, Certified Ratings Programme - Product Rating Manual for Fan Sound Performance. Methods for calculating sound ratings around the fans blade pass frequency were also improved.
