This method describes a procedure for determining the shrinkage that may occur in a fabric as a result of dry cleaning.

The procedures for determining the dimensional changes as a result of wet cleaning are covered in CAN/CGSB-4.2 No. 25.1-M.

This test method may require the use of materials and/or equipment that could be hazardous. This document does not purport to address all the safety aspects associated with its use.
