Full Description

This standard applies to crude soya oil and to refined soya oil produced from commercial soya beans (the seeds of Clycine max L. Merr.). The refined oil is suitable for cooking and for salads.

The test methods referred to in this standard may require the use of materials and/or equipment that could be hazardous.
